[2005/Dec/1] Scott keeps in stock the now hard-to-find stepped manifolds for Weber DCOEs to fit GT6!

[2001/Dec/8] I ordered two used TR6 wheels from Scott Harper at Team Triumph, after receiving his assurance that they were true and unbent. They arrived sandblasted and primed, as advertised, but really ugly. One had several dents from heavy hammer blows, and the other was deeply pitted by rust. The invoice indicated that they had been "spun". I filled in the dents and pits in the part that shows between the center cap and the trim ring, and painted them for use until I could find better ones. When I took them to the shop for mounting, a quick spin on the balancer showed that both were badly bent, despite Mr. Harper's assurances. When I complained to Mr. Harper, he hinted that I and my tire shop are both incompetent, but offered a refund if I sent the wheels back. Bottom line--I waste $42 shipping useless junk around the country, another $40-plus for finishing materials, and several hours of work. He's out one never-again customer. -- Paul Courter <ECour58516@aol.com>

[1997/4/15] I was able to get a new carb, & air pump, injector header and egr valve from him for a reasonable price. He was very easy to work with. I was able to pick up some small odds & ends on the second vist for no charge. Very happy with the service. -- Dave Simpson <dsimpson@ds2.ncweb.com>

They specialize in the recycling of British car parts. I bought an overdrive transmission from them at Carlisle. -- Scott Paisley
