[2002/May/13] I sent my TR6 rocker arm assembly to Rocker Arm Specialist in Anderson, Ca. They rebushed the rockers, furnished a new shaft, springs and polished all the contact surfaces, installed new screws as needed and cleaned all the parts so it looks brand new. It's simply ready to bolt on. It took about 10 days. Price has risen to $110 + $6.50 shipping to Virginia. Excellent workmanship. Good price and they don't gouge you on the shipping and handling. -- Bob Fabie <rmf3860@erols.com>

[2001/Dec/04] A little over a month ago I sent "Rocker Arm Specialist" in Anderson Calf. my assembly for a rebuild, got it back in a week, opened the box ready to install it last week and the face on just one of the rockers looked a little weak to me, called them on the phone, he just verified my address and shipped not 1 but 2, by 2nd day air with no questions asked. -- Fred Thomas <vafred@erols.com>

Modern tech rebuilds of your rocker assembly. Shafts chromed and reground, rockers bushed, machined, refaced and aligned. All at a reasonable price. $140 for a GT6+ including several new rockers. A new shaft is $85 and won't wear as well. I shipped them the unit, they turned it around in three days. It looks better than any I've ever seen - on top of all that work, they molycoated the whole thing. They don't take plastic; call them for a estimate, they'll call you with an exact quote after they have the unit in hand. - Chris Kent Kantarjiev <cak@parc.xerox.com>

My Healey friend, Gord, bought a rocker shaft for a BT7 from them. They had it on the shelf and they were cheaper than Moss or VB. Mind you, he hasn't started his engine yet :-) -Rod Barman I sent them my rocker arm shaft and the 12 rocker arms for rebuild. Got them back a couple of weeks later and everything looks brand new. $83 total incl. shipping. Just the parts are $110 from Vicky Brit and you'd still owe a machine shop for pressing out the old bushing, pressing in the new and then drilling and reaming. - Olin Kane, Apr 1994
