These folks get an entry even though the only reports we have are from Ferrari owners (they call them booster, not servo):

[1999/Oct/6] Well, I just wanted to update you all on my boosters for the 330. When last I wrote I had decided to have them taken back to their original cad plated and bare aluminum finish, since they were out of the car anyway. I got them back from the shop yesterday and they look beautiful! The shop had all of the steel parts silver cad plated (that's the vacuum can, the hardware, and in my case this included the cast iron portions of the cylinders), and they stripped and polished the aluminum parts. They look pretty much like new, although the aluminum seems a little bit too shiny, based on photos of other boosters I've seen. However, I'd guess this will oxidize and dull out given some time. I also purchased the "Servofreno" stickers from Parker Hall and they really look great! Now the only thing left to see is if the boosters actually work. I'm getting the car back from my mechanic tomorrow and then I'll see. However, I'm not too worried since this brake shop has done work for me before and they genuinely seem to know their hydrovacs. If anyone is in need of Hydrovac work, I can recommend them.

[1998/Oct/6] Bob is the one who worked on my car and I believe he's also the owner. They are a big outfit that does nothing but rebuild and engineer power brake systems. He's done at least two 330 GTs (although both series I) and he claims to have redone the brakes of every Bizzarini in the country (apparently they had a similar brake system to mine). They do the booster (servo), master cylinder, and everything else in the system. -- John Elliot <John.Elliott@trw.com>
