Micro-polishes parts to remove the metal oxide layer and restore antique parts without removing material. Claims that the process 'seals the micro pores in the material ... and will outlast typical bead blasting by ten times'.

More importantly, perhaps, he does SU and Stromberg carb rebuilds, including polished high flow Strombergs.

[2008/Oct/13] Paltech Micropolishing does a great job of making carburetors look terrific. Unfortunately the "rebuild" was not so great. Both carburetors had bad "o" rings and one had a washer in the jet assembly that was not even close to what was supposed to be there. One had a badly misaligned needle. In the future I think I will limit my use of this concern to the exterior cosmetic work they do so well. -- Pete Philips <pkphilips@comcast.net>

[2007/May/29] He has a proprietary process that he developed to restore the finish to new. Plus he does a first quality rebuild to go along with the cosmetic renewal. You'll swear the carbs are brand new out of the box when you get them back. On my web site are before and after pictures of my carbs that he did a couple of years ago. -- Bob Danielson <http://tr6.danielsonfamily.org/>;
