[2001/Jul/09] Painless Wiring is a Texas firm that sprang from the street rod community. They have mastered the dumbing down of packages to correct the wiring problems faced by those upgrading old equipment to handle modern equipment. They supply thru AutoZone, Whitney and others but do not deal direct. ( I resorted to calling Whitney's special order hotline and gave them part numbers and they ordered the stuff for me. Incidentally, I was impressed with this unheralded service of Whitney's.) The 7" headlight upgrade is really cool. You unfasten one of the connections at the back of a headlight and plug that connector into one in the kit. You then connect female connectors to the back of each headlight taping off the original one that is now redundant.
