I placed an order with them by telephone once. It was months before anything was shipped. The Convertible top was 2" short front to back, the tonneau was 2.5" too narrow, wheel trim rings came pre-rusted. All of these items were in their original packaging. None of them were branded "Lotus". Nice catalogue, though. I re purchased all of these parts from either Dave Bean or RD Enterprises in Ohio.
