[1997/Dec/24] I have bought parts from C. Ware for several years (and for several thou. of dollars) and have always been treated very well and got an excellent service. I think - and hope - that You have just had some bad luck. Next time You call them, ask for Trevor, he`s a real good guy and he has never failed me. I have found the organization to be somewhat flaky, although their literature and parts quality are very good. the only way I've gotten anything out of them is to get up very early and reach them by phone.
