POR 15 seems to be the product of choice for rust treatment. They have a starter kit with brushes and a half pint can for $10 plus $3 shipping and a pint can is $19.75. They've now come out with a product called ChassisCoat, which is supposed to be used as a topcoat, since its not UV sensitive.
