[2002/Aug/19] I sent Scott 2 rear TR6 hubs for rebuilding after talking with him for some time over the phone. In a week I received my rebuilt hubs along with the old bearings and all removed parts. The hubs looked fantastic and have performed perfectly for over six months and several thousand miles. The price was almost half of what TRF charges and the workmanship was superb! [05 June 1998] I really hate to be posting this but I have not been treated this bad by a vendor since I dealt with "Triumph Specialty" years ago. Scott seems like a nice guy and I don't know what is going on with him. I have not seen his work, since at this time he has had my Spit axles for over 2 months. He does not return phone calls and makes empty promises for delivery. The last promise was that they were ready to put back together and would have them "red tagged" out on Monday. Well, that was three weeks ago. I have had to file a complaint with the "BBB" and am still waiting to hear from him on my many phone calls over the last few weeks. I am very disapointed with him since he came highly recomended by a local club.

[08 June 1998] I did end up getting the axels back over the weekend. The workmanship is excellent and I am pleased with the finished product, but not he process. I guess I would just recommend doing business C.O.D. so that Scott has some motivation to get the parts back in a reasonable amount of time. -- John Hansen (hansen@csd.com)
