[2009/Nov/11] I sent an MGB damper Id modified for my autox TR4 to them to be refurbished. Before I sent it, I had a sleeve shrink-fit on the shaft so the timing cover seal would have a pristine surface. The balancer failed after about 100 miles of break-in driving, so I sent it back for rebuild. They chucked the seal surface in a 3 jaw chuck and also cut a scroll on the surface. When I called to complain, and tell them that if I had to have it resleeved Id send them the bill Ron hung up on me. To that point I was not too upset. I immediately called back but Ron had "left the building" and I was basically blown off by Jay. I will NEVER do business with those clowns again. -- Jim Hassall <jhassall@vt.edu>
